Terrible Hotel, rooms dirty, stained sheets and also hair on bed and pillow, carpet looks old and stained, lift doesn´t work. It doesn´t looks like pictures on the website and staff very rude. PLEASE DON´T WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS PLACE is disgusting

I expected a bit more for a 3 stars hotel. Room felt dirty and I was disgusted by the carpets. They mention refrigerator on their site, but could not find it in my room.....at one point, even the electricity fell out! Outside of the hotel you hear people shouting and ambulances pass by every 10 minutes. I dont think they will see me again. I felt ripped off to be honest.

The Siru is a reasonably priced option on the Northern edge of the centre of Brussels - the Grand Place is about 15 minutes' walk away, and the EU district about 30 (up a hill) - it's also very close to Rogier on the Metro, and under 20 minutes' cycle from Midi-Sud (for Eurostar). I was on the top floor, which you had to reach by climbing the final flight of stairs. My room was a little warm; the bed was a bit thin. There was a shower above the bath, which were fine. A pleasant buffet breakfast is included, taken in the ground floor breakfast room that's shared with the neighbouring Hotel des Colones. The reception is also common to both hotels. You will have to pay a tourist tax on arrival.

Pathetic hotels of all times. I had the worst 2 nights stay at this hotel. Even felt vomitting a couple of times by the filthy carpets and washrooms. They are so disgusting even the lobby was so dirty. Overall the hotel was a 0 out of 10. Never waste ur money going here.

Absolutely horrific. AVOID. Had an issue with my room-Looked like growth above my shower, they refused to change rooms. We had to stay there the 1st night, I had to speak to 5 different people to eventually change rooms. The maintenance guy just covered the growth up with plaster/paint which we had to vacate the room for. The lift sounded like it was dangerous, did not feel safe at all. The soap was open when we arrived in the room. The tiles were yellow in between. There was only 1 cleaner for Hotel Siru, nothing gets replaced ie the bits around the coffee bar. We booked a comfort room and the room was tiny with no bath and in awful state. Not like pictures on Tui website at all. When we did get another room it was nice, but no kettle... Air con was broken and room was sitting at 28 degrees... Door does not lock when you are in the room with the card in so anyone can walk in... Worst service I have ever known. Rude. Ignorant. Bar was never open. They couldn't accommodate all visitors for breakfast so you had to leave the hotel to find a breakfast place. Would advise absolutely anyone to avoid. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.
